Human Resources Specialist – HR Geo Services

About the role

The HR Geo Services Specialist provides on‑site human resources support to multiple UPS locations in the Concord area. You will work closely with warehouse teams to address employee concerns, drive talent acquisition, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee concerns and conduct workplace investigations.
• Handle HR inquiries and implement local talent‑acquisition programs.
• Support recruitment activities: post jobs, create Workday requisitions, coordinate flyer drops, agency visits, job fairs, and source candidates.
• Promote the employee referral program across all buildings and shifts.
• Provide service to both internal and external customers.

Required profile

• Recent graduate of a Human Resources Management program or equivalent.
• Previous HR experience with a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Ontario employment and regulatory laws (preferred).
• Own vehicle required for travel between sites.

Required skills

• Workday HR software proficiency.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
