Healthtech Consultant – Oracle Health Implementation

About the role

Healthtech is seeking a Healthtech Consultant to deliver Oracle Health consulting services for healthcare organizations. You will work on complex, high‑impact initiatives, helping clients improve clinical and operational workflows while ensuring successful system builds and optimizations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Oracle Health‑related consulting and administrative services for clients.
• Apply technical expertise to system builds, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Mentor and support client project teams on approach and system strategy.
• Identify, track, and document project risks and issues.
• Analyze, document, and optimize clinical and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with project leadership through documentation, facilitation, and status reporting.
• Work directly with end users to monitor workflows, provide documentation, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Lead meetings on project status, deliverables, and coordination of work products.
• Perform additional duties as outlined in the client’s statement of work.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle Health EHR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to meet deadlines and monitor work quality independently.
• Adaptable to new project environments, client organizations, and work settings.
