Graphic Designer – Motion & Print Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong motion and print skills to join our dynamic creative team. You will translate marketing objectives and data into compelling visual solutions for emails, catalogues, flyers, and other promotional assets while ensuring technical precision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate electronic layouts for emails, catalogues, flyers, and booklets, meeting deadlines and technical standards.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, resolve discrepancies, and align with marketing intentions.
• Create high‑quality presentations, mock‑ups, and layout revisions based on feedback.
• Manage and retrieve archived artwork, providing source information to producers.
• Produce finished graphic elements, including slugs and headings in English and French.
• Assess existing photography for reuse and coordinate new photography when needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in Graphic Design or related field with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• Strong color sense, creative thinking, and ability to devise novel design solutions from data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex ideas.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain composure under tight deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize a heavy workload and work effectively in a hybrid schedule.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• High proficiency in Adobe XD.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience using image banks and electronic image archives.
