Full‑Time Pharmacist – Patient Care Focus

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated full‑time Pharmacist to join our community pharmacy in Georgetown, Ontario. You will deliver direct patient care, support the Pharmacy Manager, and help maintain high standards of service and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications, provide patient counseling, and perform all professional pharmacy activities.
• Supervise the pharmacy department in the manager’s absence and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain compliance with recall procedures, shrink control, and inventory management.
• Assist with scheduling relief pharmacists and handling emergency staffing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and operate the cash register.
• Collaborate with other health‑care professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Required profile

• B.Sc. Pharm degree from a recognized university.
• Registered Part A Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Injection‑certified and Smoking Cessation‑certified.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer‑service abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfort using standard PC systems for pharmacy operations.
