Full-time ESL Instructor (Remote)

About the role

ACA‑Prolang, the leading corporate language training provider in Canada, is seeking a full‑time ESL Instructor to deliver engaging online courses to adult professionals. You will teach oral expression, written comprehension, and written expression, enabling learners to communicate confidently in professional settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver communicative ESL courses that meet ACA‑Prolang standards.
• Design and adapt lesson content using provided materials.
• Assess learner progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate regularly with program coordinators about scheduling and learner issues.
• Support content development or revision projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Canadian university (or equivalent).
• Minimum 600 hours of adult ESL teaching experience within the last six years.
• Availability to teach between 7 am and 6 pm, based in Canada (preference for Québec City or Montréal).
• Familiarity with Federal Language Levels and experience with public‑sector learners is an asset.
