Full-Time Dining Room Server (Senior Living Community)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Dining Room Server to join the hospitality team at Cherish at Central Park, a senior living community in Langford, BC. You will help create a warm, respectful dining experience for our residents, ensuring meals are served promptly and with a caring attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents with kindness and professionalism.
• Take meal orders, deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Clear and reset tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Assist with special events, themed meals, and banquet service.
• Communicate resident needs and feedback to the kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a resident‑first attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and committed to exceptional service.
• Level 1 Food Safe Certification completed within the last 12 months.

Required skills

• Food Safety Certification (Level 1).
