Full Stack Developer

About the role

CAWST is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join its Digital Services team in Calgary. You will help create and maintain web and application solutions that support internal operations and deliver value to people worldwide through safe water, sanitation, and hygiene initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend features and APIs aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure solutions meet internal and external user requirements.
• Contribute to architecture and deployment planning for an efficient infrastructure.
• Support frontend integrations to provide a streamlined user experience.
• Modernize and maintain legacy projects as part of ongoing platform updates.
• Test and debug across browsers and platforms to ensure consistent global quality.
• Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.

• Based in Calgary, AB, with full‑time Canadian work authorization.
• Available to work onsite Monday‑Friday.
