Front Office Manager – West Toronto

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager for a modern, full‑service hotel located west of Toronto. The ideal candidate lives and breathes the Hilton brand and will lead the front desk team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front office operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest services.
• Manage scheduling, hiring, and training of front desk staff.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, ONQ, PEP, and Hilton Honors requirements.
• Support revenue management initiatives and collaborate with the General Manager and other departments.
• Maintain a hands‑on presence on the floor, setting the tone for service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience with the Hilton brand and its ecosystem (ONQ, PEP, Hilton Honors).
• Previous leadership role in a hotel front office environment.
• People‑first attitude with strong organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire a team.

What we offer
