Field Service Technician - Restaurant Equipment

About the Position

Join Infinity Group Construction (IGC) as a dedicated Restaurant Equipment Technician. In this dynamic and mobile role, you will be the technical backbone for our clients across the Vancouver area, ensuring their commercial kitchens operate at peak performance through expert maintenance and repair services.

Main Missions

• Perform installation, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs on a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment (coffee machines, ovens, dishwashers, water filtration systems).
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures accurately and efficiently.
• Travel daily to various client sites within Vancouver and surrounding areas using a company vehicle.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and strict adherence to safety protocols at every job site.
• Provide professional and clear communication to clients regarding technical issues and solutions.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in repairing commercial kitchen or industrial equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a mobile schedule with variable hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Must possess a clear criminal record check and have the legal right to work in Canada.
