Faculty Member – Management Consulting Course

About the role

This position involves joining the Management Faculty to supervise and teach a consulting‑focused course. Under the guidance of a senior faculty member, you will lead student teams that deliver consulting reports and presentations to business, non‑profit, and government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise student consulting groups throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with client organizations to define project scope and deliverables.
• Deliver course lectures, workshops, and feedback sessions.
• Assess student reports, presentations, and overall performance.
• Maintain academic standards and ensure alignment with curriculum objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; PhD preferred.
• Significant professional experience in business, consulting, or related fields within the past five years.
• Active involvement in boards, professional associations, or policy‑making bodies.
• Prior university teaching experience is an asset.
