Export Consolidation Execution Analyst

About the role

3M is seeking an Export Consolidation Execution Analyst to join its global logistics network. In this role you will combine analytical thinking with hands‑on execution to ensure timely, cost‑effective movement of materials from purchase to finished product.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production plans, perform risk assessments and conduct warehouse audits.
• Lead projects that enable just‑in‑time material flow across plants, divisions and distribution centers.
• Provide transportation support services, resolve operational issues and drive cost‑service improvement programs.
• Collaborate with carrier personnel, perform statistical analysis on routing and distribution methods.
• Manage daily consolidation‑center operations including load planning, order allocation, booking coordination and container execution.
• Oversee OSD processing, ensure timely resolution and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor site‑level costs, flag variances and enforce pre‑approved spend controls.
• Own yard and pool management activities in coordination with drayage partners.
• Maintain system accuracy across ERP, WMS and TMS platforms.
• Support knowledge transfer during transition from third‑party operators and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on cost‑per‑container reduction.
• Serve as the primary 3M point of contact for all site‑level operational matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain operations.
• At least 1 year hands‑on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university **or** High School Diploma/GED plus a minimum of 7 years supply‑chain experience.
