Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory Lead to join Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers. The role involves collaborating with Accenture teams, the Epic vendor, and client stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver Epic Willow solutions that support inpatient and ambulatory care workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Document current state business workflows and assist in designing new workflows.
• Define detailed product requirements, use cases and contribute to high‑level functional specifications.
• Work with project managers, architects and analysts to set metrics and performance goals for the Epic application.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and support product, performance and user‑acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet defined requirements.
• Configure the Epic Willow system, set up integrations and support testing activities.
• Act as the liaison between the client’s Epic team and Accenture technical leads to clarify data structures, workflows and technology constraints.
• Assist in knowledge transfer and transition activities to ensure a clear understanding of the solution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory implementations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes in inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
