Early Childhood Program Supervisor

About the role

The Early Childhood Program Supervisor leads the design and delivery of high‑quality childcare programs at Wildwood Child Care Centre. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure each child receives a tailored learning plan that supports their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Key responsibilities

• Assess each child's development and create individualized learning plans.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve child‑care programs that promote holistic development.
• Supervise, coach, and coordinate the activities of early childhood educators, assistants, trainees, and volunteers.
• Assist educators with program delivery, record‑keeping, snack preparation, and classroom set‑up.
• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and ensure a safe, healthy environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, collaborate with community service providers, and address any child‑related concerns.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• Current Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification and an Early Childhood Education (ECE) certificate.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, with a team‑player attitude.
• Commitment to honesty, ethics, and inclusive practices.
