About the role
Join a leading multinational e‑commerce platform as a Customer Service Representative, providing fast, thorough, and friendly assistance to merchants, partners, and buyers. This full‑time, onsite position in Montreal offers comprehensive paid training and the chance to grow your expertise across multiple support channels.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, comprehensive solutions and product recommendations via chat, email, and phone for tasks such as domain registration, storefront customization, plan changes, and account retrieval.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, offering clear guidance to help users resolve problems quickly.
- Contribute to the knowledge‑base by creating and updating user‑friendly resources.
- Explain solutions in simple, positive language suitable for users of all technical levels.
- Adapt to different teams and shifting responsibilities based on platform needs.
- Stay current on product updates, new features, and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in an interactive customer service role.
- Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible schedules.
- Professional demeanor under pressure and during challenging interactions.
