Duty Officer – Montreal Airport Operations

About the role

Royal Air Maroc is seeking a Duty Officer to support the Stopover Chief at Montreal Airport. The role ensures smooth passenger flow, high service quality, and operational safety for all airline activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all services provided to Royal Air Maroc passengers and verify compliance with company quality standards.
• Oversee assistance organisations, control service delivery, and manage irregularities such as transport and accommodation for affected passengers.
• Represent the airline with local authorities and stakeholders at the stopover.
• Coordinate with the Operations Control Center (CCO) and other operational entities (hotline, hub, etc.).
• Report stopover activity and compile passenger complaints for resolution with relevant parties.
• Contribute to the promotion and protection of the Royal Air Maroc brand image.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2) or higher in management, operations, tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an airline, handling company, or as a Duty Officer, supervisor, or stopover coordinator.
• Experience with control processes, handling operations and regulations concerning dangerous goods.
• Agile, dynamic, and strong learning capacity.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
