About the role

Master Builders Solutions seeks a Dispenser Service Technician to install, maintain, operate, and quality‑control dispenser equipment for construction customers across the Quebec region. The role involves field service, troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment meets safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform routine maintenance on dispenser equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and diagnose operating errors.
• Execute corrective actions and document quality control results.
• Travel to customer sites throughout the region, including occasional overnight trips.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, adhering to corporate safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).
• Minimum two years of relevant experience with electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications for forklift, man‑lift, scissor lift, and working at heights are preferred or can be obtained.
• Ability to wear fall‑protection gear for up to two hours and lift loads up to 75 lb (34 kg).
• Valid driver’s license and capability to tow an 18‑ft open‑bed trailer.
