Designer

About the role

CB2 is looking for a passionate Designer to help customers plan and design their living spaces. You will combine creative design skills with strong sales acumen to deliver an elevated, personalized experience both in‑store and virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing enriching, consultative interactions with customers.
• Create elevated CB2 designs using moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration.
• Lead one‑on‑one design consultations in person, via phone, email or video conference.
• Deliver design projects on time and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain a deep understanding of CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy across channels.
• Achieve individual sales, KPI and service goals while staying informed on market and industry trends.
• Communicate loyalty programs, credit card offers and gift registry options to customers.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting and interior design styles.
• Excellent, timely communication skills and ability to translate brand vision into customer solutions.
• Strong affinity for technology and ability to stay current with design trends.
• Proven track record of building lasting customer relationships.
