About the role
The Data Entry Associate will work on client sites to capture invoice services and enter them into TCOM Consultantz’s software. This role is essential for enabling accurate audits of paper invoices. Training is provided, and high attention to detail and speed are required.
Key responsibilities
- Spend the majority of time at client locations to collect paper invoices.
- Accurately capture invoice details and input them into the company’s software system.
- Verify that entered data matches the original documents.
- Maintain a high level of speed while ensuring data quality.
- Collaborate with senior staff to resolve any discrepancies.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
- Willingness to work on‑site at various client locations.
- Basic understanding of invoicing concepts; telecom experience is a plus but not required.
