Cybersecurity Team Lead – IAM & Cloud Security

About the role

We are seeking a senior Cybersecurity Team Lead to design and implement a robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework that supports a large‑scale migration of enterprise applications to a multi‑cloud environment. The role is based on‑site in Brussels and will initially run for six months with a possible extension.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM processes and tooling tailored for multi‑cloud migrations.
• Define ICT security requirements based on ISO 27000 standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Configure Entra ID, Multi‑Factor Authentication and review cloud security architectures.
• Develop and apply Cloud Conditional Access policies and Cloud Application Firewalls.
• Conduct deep‑dive product evaluations (e.g., CyberArk) to strengthen privileged access management.
• Perform security assessments, including DPIAs, and support remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Lead workshops with CISO, cloud units and operations teams, and design MFA user‑awareness programs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM and cloud security.
• At least one industry certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, OSCP).
• European nationality or a valid Belgian work permit.

Required skills

• Entra ID (Azure AD), Identity Governance & Administration, RBAC, log analysis.
• Protocols: SAML, OpenID, OAuth.
• Cloud security architecture, Conditional Access, Cloud Application Firewalls.
• Privileged access tools such as CyberArk.
• Multi‑Factor Authentication design and implementation.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, scripting.
• Secure exposure of internal applications to the internet.
