Technical Project Manager – Business Technology

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager within the Business Technology team, you will drive complex, cross‑functional initiatives from concept to delivery, supporting Anthem’s ERP platforms (Yardi, NewStar), CRM platform (HubSpot) and other enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timeline and quality objectives are met.
• Partner with business stakeholders (Property Management, Finance, Accounting) to define requirements, milestones, dependencies and success metrics.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and documentation for transparent progress tracking.
• Facilitate communication between business teams, technical teams and vendors, providing status updates and surfacing risks.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, dependencies and issues.
• Assist in testing strategy and execution, including UAT coordination and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with vendors and third‑party partners to support implementation and issue resolution.
• Align projects with broader platform roadmaps and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing large technical projects, preferably with ERP, CRM or enterprise‑level applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of real‑estate operations and accounting workflows such as leasing, property management and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation and actionable plans.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP platforms: Yardi, NewStar.
• Experience with CRM platform: HubSpot.
• Project management tools: Jira, Asana, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, systems integration and data workflows.
