Customer Service Agent

About the role

The Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for passengers and visitors at our Kelowna FBO. You will represent Executive Flight Centre, ensuring a positive, professional experience while handling check‑ins, reservations, payments and basic administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome arriving customers and pilots, identify their service needs and arrange fueling, catering, hotel, car rentals and other requests.
• Process payments, collect fees and document services provided, keeping the FBO clean and presentable.
• Report daily transactions through the Shell i6 system, review meter and tank readings, audit fueler documentation and input data into Greenbook and Costa.
• Perform general administrative duties such as POS sales review, third‑party charge billing, ramp fee invoicing and receptionist duties.
• Generate accounts‑payable reports, code fuel slips, match invoices and apply payments to customer accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in aviation.
• Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence (preferred).
• First Aid, CPR, TDG WHMIS certification and Air‑to‑Ground licence are assets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using the Shell i6 system, Greenbook and Costa software.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) machines and basic accounting functions.
