Missions principales
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing a wide range of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational procedures, industry regulations, and the corporate Code of Conduct.
- Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions and products to enhance their financial well-being.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives by promoting bank products and services.
