Creative Director – Integrated Digital & Experiential Campaigns

About the role

Thinkingbox is looking for a hands‑on Creative Director to lead the development of integrated digital and experiential campaigns for its Toronto team. You will shape ideas from concept through execution, working closely with designers, writers, strategists and producers to deliver innovative, cross‑channel work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers and writers, setting the creative vision for each project.
• Contribute directly to design work, creating concepts, visuals and prototypes for digital, AR/VR, app and installation experiences.
• Partner with strategy, production, development and account teams to develop insight‑driven solutions and ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee the creative process for websites, apps, AR/VR experiences, installations and activations, managing multiple projects, timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Proven creative leadership with a passion for design, storytelling and craft.
• Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and delivering high‑quality work that meets client goals and brand standards.
• Hands‑on design mindset, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Strong project management skills, able to juggle several initiatives while maintaining quality and schedule.
