Controller – Finance (Hybrid)

About the role

Solink is looking for a Controller to lead and scale its global accounting function during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the CFO, the role blends strategic leadership, systems transformation and operational excellence to build a finance infrastructure that can support hyper‑growth.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and scale the accounting function to support 50%+ YoY growth and future revenue milestones.
• Lead a full NetSuite re‑implementation (12‑18 months) and broader finance‑systems transformation.
• Oversee critical system transitions across billing, payroll and HRIS (Salesforce, ADP Workforce Now, Hibob).
• Ensure best‑in‑class compliance with IFRS 15 and readiness for IFRS 18.
• Own and evolve global revenue‑recognition frameworks in a SaaS environment.
• Lead global corporate and sales‑tax strategy across Canada, the US and the UK.
• Manage Accounting, Billing and Payroll teams as a manager of managers.
• Build and evolve the structure, roles and capabilities of the accounting organization.
• Establish scalable processes, controls and reporting standards to support growth.
• Drive automation and standardisation across accounting workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading accounting functions in high‑growth, SaaS‑focused companies.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS 15 (and upcoming IFRS 18) and global revenue‑recognition.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable finance processes.
• Experience managing multi‑jurisdiction corporate and sales‑tax compliance.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing managers and cross‑functional teams.
