About the role
Join Dougs Rubbish Removal as a Construction Worker on busy urban sites in Vancouver. You will support the crew by handling materials, keeping the site clean, and ensuring safe removal of debris.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials across the site.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or disposal.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and site infrastructure.
- Remove rubble and other debris to maintain a safe working environment.
Required profile
- Physically demanding work with ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lb) repeatedly.
- Strong manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Dependable, flexible, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal record check.
