Construction Security Manager

About the role

The Construction Security Manager will lead the security program for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension project. This role supports the Chief Security Officer in delivering a safe construction environment while contributing to ACCIONA’s sustainable infrastructure mission.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Construction Security Master Plan across the project site.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day construction site security operations.
• Manage security‑related contractors and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Oversee physical security systems, including access control and monitoring equipment.
• Maintain security training compliance for all site personnel.
• Identify and mitigate security risks in collaboration with project teams.
• Act as the primary operational security lead for construction security matters.

Required profile

• Experience managing security programs in a construction or infrastructure setting.
• Ability to work closely with construction teams, security guards, and system providers.
• Strong understanding of risk identification and mitigation processes.
• Capability to ensure training compliance and contractor performance.
