Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

The Loss Prevention Manager partners with Store Senior Leadership to protect assets, reduce shrinkage and fraud, and support the store’s EBITDA goals. Based in a GTA location, you will lead the Loss Prevention and Audit & Control teams while driving compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain loss‑prevention strategy and tactical plans aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee the National Store Audit program and deliver analytics for target‑setting, payroll management and operational audits.
• Collaborate with the DVP and HR to educate retail staff on Standard Operating Procedures.
• Produce management reports summarising identified losses and ensure timely resolution.
• Recommend and implement proactive solutions to address operational deficiencies.
• Prioritise and manage projects, initiatives and critical‑path implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading loss‑prevention or asset‑protection teams in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills to work with store leadership and cross‑functional partners.
• Ability to analyse data, generate insights and present actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and drive results.
