Construction Project Manager

About the role

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction initiatives in Montréal. You will coordinate daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure projects meet quality, safety and regulatory standards while supporting a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and organize daily construction activities.
• Prepare and submit detailed project budget estimates and monitor financial performance.
• Develop construction schedules, set milestones and track progress against them.
• Establish and enforce quality‑control policies and risk‑management plans.
• Oversee data analysis, reporting and compliance with corporate governance standards.
• Identify natural risks and advise project teams on mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in construction project management, preferably in EPCM environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel as project demands.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
