About the role
We are looking for a reliable construction labourer to join our team at Grayline Construction Services in Calgary. The position is based on active construction sites and requires working outdoors in a variety of conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and noisy or dusty environments. You will support daily site operations and help maintain a safe, organized workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and pile salvaged materials on the construction site.
- Remove rubble and other debris, ensuring a safe and organized work area.
- Handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lb) as required.
- Perform tasks at heights, in confined spaces, and under varying temperature conditions.
Required profile
- Dependable and hardworking team player.
- Excellent oral communication and reliability.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physically capable of repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.
