About the role
The Concierge is the primary point of contact for residents and prospects, delivering a high‑standard of service and coordinating a range of community programs. You will act as an information hub, helping residents access local resources and ensuring the property’s amenities run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents, ensuring a welcoming environment while they wait for assistance.
- Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team members, and follow up on service requests.
- Maintain the guest suite schedule, oversee payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading dock/elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
- Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
- Document package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and keep tracking logs for equipment rentals and other services.
- Assist the community team in planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with prospects, residents, vendors, and coworkers.
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software for correspondence and reporting.
- Ability to conduct internet research using search engines and platforms such as Google and Craigslist.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to produce error‑free documentation and maintain orderly systems.
