Commission‑Based Sales Representative for Fantasy Sandals

About the role

Global Shoe is seeking motivated sales representatives to promote the Fantasy Sandals brand across designated Canadian regions. This commission‑based position involves building relationships with footwear and fashion retailers, attending trade shows, and driving brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach traditional footwear retailers and clothing boutiques within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to secure shelf space and promotional opportunities.
• Attend regional trade shows and events to showcase Fantasy Sandals collections.
• Set, track, and achieve sales targets on a quarterly basis.
• Provide regular market feedback to Global Shoe’s management team.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling footwear or fashion accessories to retailers.
• Established network of contacts within the assigned region.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with sales prospecting and account management.
• Knowledge of the Canadian footwear retail landscape.
