About the role

Manitoulin Transport is seeking a professional, detail‑oriented City Pickup & Delivery Driver to join its Dryden team. You will operate commercial vehicles to transport freight and cargo across local routes, ensuring timely deliveries while upholding the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver shipments to customers surrounding the Dryden terminal.
• Load and unload the truck, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Meet time‑sensitive delivery requirements and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Use dispatch systems and electronic logging devices (ELDs) to track routes and hours.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service on each interaction.

Required profile

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for the jurisdiction with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable linehaul or long‑haul driving experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle safety protocols.
• Strong time‑management, route‑planning, and organizational abilities.
• Physical capability to perform loading, unloading, and vehicle inspections.
• Professional demeanor and customer‑service orientation.
