About the role

Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store and provide friendly, efficient service to customers while handling checkout operations. You will be the face of the store, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming checkout area.
• Accurately scan items, process payments, and handle coupons, lottery tickets, and PC Optimum cards.
• Manage cash, lottery, and stamp inventory while following loss‑prevention standards.
• Merchandise designated areas, including facing, signing, and labeling products.
• Comply with health, safety, uniform, and store policies.

Required profile

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to balance teamwork with efficient order processing.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain a neat workspace.
• Good record‑keeping skills.

Required skills

• POS register operation
• Basic computer proficiency for register use
