About the role
The Caseworker supports Cencora’s patient and provider services in Canada, handling a range of case‑management activities and telephone support for funding, access and compliance issues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects and cases, following company processes.
- Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals and funding bodies, focusing on access and funding programs.
- Administer case‑management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow‑up, therapy disruption monitoring and adverse‑event reporting.
- Conduct market‑research initiatives with physicians, patients and pharmacists.
- Document all activities in program‑specific databases and participate in training sessions.
- Provide feedback on protocols, databases and inter‑departmental processes.
- Assist in training new caseworkers and report adverse events to relevant units.
Required profile
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of customer‑service experience.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset.
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is a plus.
