Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mississauga. Reporting to the Senior Category and Shopper Insights Manager, you will play a central part in maintaining data integrity and delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Automate data workflows and improve reporting processes.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Streamline recurring reporting and ensure timely access to accurate data.
• Develop monthly reports that highlight business issues and opportunities.
• Maintain data quality and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Support tool training and promote insights literacy across cross‑functional teams.
• Manage research budgets, supplier onboarding, and monitor spend against forecasts and purchase orders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Insights, Category Management, or Data Analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with syndicated data platforms such as NielsenIQ or Numerator (preferred).
• Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Data & Analytics, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
