About the role
Peninsula Canada is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join its high‑performing sales team. This field‑based role focuses on selling HR and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to small and medium‑sized businesses (5–50 employees) across Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities, referrals and appointments.
- Attend meetings booked by a dedicated telemarketing partner as well as self‑generated appointments.
- Build and nurture relationships with referral partners and introducers.
- Deliver consultative, value‑based sales presentations to business owners and senior decision‑makers.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently exceed quarterly targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of new‑business success.
- Confidence selling to business owners, directors and HR decision‑makers.
- Consultative, value‑driven sales style with high energy and resilience.
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.

What we offer
- Base salary $60,000‑$75,000 CAD with uncapped commission (realistic first‑year earnings $150k‑$200k+, top performers $400k+).
