About the role
The Business Development & Relationship Manager will be based in Kelowna and work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to drive growth across the Interior BC region. This role focuses on building and maintaining key client relationships while aligning business development activities with operational capacity and regional priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of regional business development plans aligned with corporate priorities.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day business development activities across Interior BC.
- Collaborate with Client Managers and the Key Account Management team to maintain and grow key client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities within Pinchin’s core and emerging service lines.
- Provide input into proposal strategies to improve quality and win rates.
- Gather market intelligence, including client feedback and competitor activity, to inform regional efforts.
- Support service‑line leaders with client outreach for new or expanding services.
- Participate in industry events, tradeshows, and networking activities to enhance brand awareness.
Required profile
- Based in the Kelowna office.
- Reports to the Regional Operations Manager and has a functional reporting line to the Regional Client Manager – BC.
