Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technology team at Coke Canada Bottling. The role supports digital transformation, automation and process‑improvement initiatives that align with our business strategy. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to translate needs into effective technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead elicitation activities such as working sessions and interviews to gather and validate requirements for complex cross‑functional projects.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including use cases, user stories and test cases.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and obtain sign‑off from subject‑matter experts.
• Document current‑state processes in Process Definition Documents for automation initiatives.
• Support project delivery across multiple methodologies, managing scope, timelines and evolving priorities.

Required profile

• Curious and collaborative problem‑solver with a passion for turning business needs into high‑quality technology solutions.
• Experience working on digital transformation, automation or process‑improvement projects.
• Strong communication skills for partnering with stakeholders, technology teams and vendors.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $70,200 to $97,500 CAD per year.
• Primary remote work with occasional visits to the Toronto office (1‑2 times per month).
