Branch Manager – Retail Store (Greater Toronto Area)

About the role

Uniform Works, powered by GALLS, is opening a new branch in the Greater Toronto Area and seeks a Branch Manager to lead all store and warehouse operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring profitability while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an operations plan, providing monthly updates and adjustments.
• Collaborate with functional teams to create and execute branch strategies and practices.
• Work with sales and contract management to meet customer expectations and shipment targets.
• Oversee inventory management, conduct daily inventory analysis, and implement control procedures.
• Manage the distribution warehouse supporting regional branches across Canada.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the executive team.
• Select, develop, evaluate, and set performance goals for team members.
• Monitor stock levels, identify purchasing needs, and maximize inventory ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing all aspects of a branch or retail operation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Track record of managing expenses, profitability, and meeting shipment targets.
• 4-year degree or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of uniform apparel, decoration, or sewing functions is a strong asset, especially in law‑enforcement, fire, security, or military sectors.

• Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Oracle NetSuite (preferred).
