Bilingual HR Generalist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing infrastructure group in Canada as a Bilingual HR Generalist. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations for a construction/renovation project, ensuring smooth onboarding, payroll, and employee record management while upholding the company’s values of unity, transparency, and ambition.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities and candidate screening.
• Facilitate onboarding, integration, and orientation of new hires.
• Maintain and monitor employee files and HR documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and support HR policy implementation.
• Manage payroll processing and time‑tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines.

Required profile

• Higher education in Human Resources or a related field.
• CHRP designation or working towards it.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliability, discretion, and adaptability in a confidential environment.

Required skills

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
