About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Desktop Administrator to join our IT team in Montreal on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on supporting end‑user computing devices, including laptops, desktops, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), ensuring reliable performance for internal users.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for laptops, desktops, and VDI environments.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and policies in Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues on both physical and virtual machines.
- Diagnose and resolve network, VPN, and remote‑desktop connectivity problems.
- Collaborate with users to address infrastructure‑related incidents and service requests.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience (1‑3 years) in end‑user computing support and desktop engineering.
- Ability to work on‑site three days per week and remotely the remaining days.

What we offer
