Join Permobil, a leading provider of advanced assistive solutions, as a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative. Working remotely from anywhere in Canada, you will support customers and sales teams in both English and French, ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Process quotes, orders, refunds, and warranty claims in the ERP system.
• Assist customers and sales representatives via phone and email, handling inquiries in English and French.
• Provide accurate order status updates and estimated delivery times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level targets and ensure timely completion of tasks.
