Bilingual Centralized Call Centre Representative – Remote Day Shift (Eng/Fre)

About the role

The Centralized Call Centre Representative supports work order creation for facility services, handling both English and French customer interactions. After 3‑4 weeks of virtual training, the role can be performed entirely from home within the designated Canadian regions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls, take orders, and manage office equipment and filing systems.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email, clarifying information and completing transactions.
• Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with equipment history, generate and track work orders, and produce call reports.
• Escalate issues according to contract priority and forward complaints to project managers.
• Document all call information following standard operating procedures and follow up with customers as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, or dispatch environment.
• Professional demeanor, ability to work independently under minimal supervision, and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Experience using JD Edwards (preferred) and other CMMS platforms.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
