About the role

This remote, part‑time position involves contacting pharmacies across Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta to collect pricing data for specific medications. You will use phone communication to obtain accurate price information and record it for audit purposes.

Key responsibilities

Call designated pharmacies and retrieve pricing details for a predefined list of medications.
Document the collected pricing data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle objections from pharmacy staff by adapting your approach quickly.
Meet daily and weekly call and data‑collection targets.
Maintain organized records of all interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

Strong, professional phone communication skills with a persuasive manner.
Resourceful, confident, and able to think on your feet during calls.
Previous experience in auditing, mystery shopping, customer service, or data collection is an asset.
Ability to work independently and keep records well‑organized.
Reliable access to a phone, computer, and Wi‑Fi connection.
