Associate Project Manager – Digital Banking Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of online and mobile banking initiatives for leading financial institutions. You will work closely with senior project managers, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope and to the expected quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, task breakdowns, timelines and effort estimations.
• Track progress against scope, budget and schedule, and update risk and issue logs.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review project documentation such as requirements, functional specifications, process flows and wireframes.
• Support change request management, scope tracking and impact analysis.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, status calls and client presentations.
• Help prepare proposal materials, RFP responses and training guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, commerce, finance, business administration or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of experience on online banking, mobile banking or digital channel projects.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services environments is a strong plus.
• Understanding of both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalents.
