Associate Consultant

About the role

MissionPerform Inc. is looking for an Associate Consultant to join its hybrid team in Mississauga. This entry‑level position supports client projects through data gathering, analysis, preparation of client‑facing materials, and implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse project data to inform recommendations.
• Prepare clear, client‑ready presentations, reports and documentation.
• Support implementation activities and coordinate key project tasks.
• Contribute to the design of metric architecture, reporting workflows, tiered management structures and performance‑management routines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced project environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, operations, organizational development, project management or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, project coordination, customer‑facing roles or regulated industries (life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, advanced manufacturing) – preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail, quality‑focused and comfortable learning new tools.

What we offer

• Competitive annual compensation ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 CAD, based on education, experience and fit.
