Missions principales

• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of all common areas to maintain property standards.
• Perform minor repairs, troubleshooting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants to ensure they are move-in ready.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Assist in the leasing process and suite showings.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and maintenance requests.

Profil recherché

• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Interest in or previous experience in property management.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 23 kg.
• Reliable and capable of managing emergency situations effectively.

Competences requises

• Knowledge of WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System).
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in digital tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting and repair skills.
