Architect – Design & Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Architect to lead the design and execution of building projects. The role involves collaborating with clients, preparing detailed construction documents, and overseeing site activities to ensure projects meet design specifications and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Award construction contracts to qualified contractors.
• Consult with clients to define the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new builds.
• Generate building plans and detailed drawings for use by contractors and tradespersons.
• Participate in contract negotiations and prepare structural and material documentation.
• Supervise the preparation of specifications, drawings, and other construction documents.
• Conceptualize and design buildings, developing plans that include design specifications, materials, costs, and schedules.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses of projects.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with specifications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2 to less than 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction.
• Willingness to work on‑site with no remote option.
