Architectural Draftsperson

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to join our design team and contribute to the creation of accurate engineering drawings and construction documents. The role involves collaborating with engineers, clients, and production specialists to ensure design intent is clearly communicated and executed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare engineering designs and detailed drawings.
• Develop and refine design sketches and construction specifications.
• Estimate material costs and quantities.
• Write technical reports and compile complete documentation packages.
• Examine drawings for conformity, accuracy, and errors.
• Supervise and mentor other drafting personnel.
• Train new drafting staff on processes and standards.
• Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to define product requirements.

Required profile

• 2 to less than 3 years of drafting experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player.
