Application Developer – Design and Build High‑Performing Software

About the role

We are looking for a talented Application Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performing software applications. In this role you will create intuitive user experiences, ensure backend stability, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn user requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full application lifecycle from concept, coding, testing, deployment to ongoing maintenance.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code optimized for performance across platforms.
• Integrate applications with third‑party systems, databases, and external APIs.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve bugs, performance issues, and user bottlenecks.
• Update and modernise legacy applications with new features and security patches.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in core programming languages such as C#, Java, Swift, JavaScript or Python.
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture, object‑oriented programming and relational databases (SQL).
• Familiarity with modern IDEs, Git version control and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and clear communication of technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
